That the Director of Children's Services approves the connect4communites Grant Awards, Eastleigh - 22.02.2021 as outlined in the attached Officer Decision Record.

That the temporary change to the Concessionary Travel Scheme administered by Hampshire County Council, which allowed the use of the Older Person’s Bus Pass on eligible services on all days and at all times, be reversed from Monday 8 March 2021 due to the changing response to the covid pandemic.

Hampshire County Council’s cash balances will be invested in accordance with the approved decision sheet for Hampshire County Council – Cash Investments. This has been prepared with the advice of the County Council’s Treasury Management adviser, Arlingclose Ltd, and in accordance with the Treasury Management Strategy Statement 2021/22.

The purpose of this report is to seek spend approval to the project proposals for the SEMH Expansion of the Samuel Cody Specialist Sports College in Farnborough.

Report on the statutory public notice period for the expansion and change of designation of Samuel Cody Specialist Sports College, Farnborough and the remodelling and expansion of Icknield School, Andover. Final approval sought to proceed with the projects.

1.1 That an Order is made under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, to divert Four Marks Footpath No.13 and Newton Valence Footpath No.1.

That authority be given for the County Council to dedicate a public bridleway 4 metres in width over land within its ownership, running between Kings Worthy
Bridleway 501 and Woodhams Farm.

1. That a temporary change to the Concessionary Travel Scheme administered by Hampshire County Council be approved to change the automatic renewal of Older Person’s Concessionary Bus Passes from those used in the last 12 months to 24 months as part of the Council’s Covid-19 response measures.
2. To review the temporary change as part of preparing the scheme details for 2022/23 and in any event reinstate the 12 month renewal threshold for Older Person’s Concessionary Bus Passes when it is clear that bus operations and usage have normalised, travel restrictions and social distancing guidance have been relaxed at a national level and the travel patterns of pass holders have stabilised if this happens first.
