Decision:
This is an application made by a member of the
public in November 2011 under Section 53 of the Wildlife and
Countryside Act 1981, to record a footpath in central Farnborough.
The application is supported by user evidence which the applicant
believes demonstrates that a public right of way should be recorded
based on long-term use of the application route.
Having considered the evidence submitted with the application, and
undertaken additional research of historic documentary evidence, it
is considered that there are insufficient grounds to record a
footpath along the application route.
