That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which Will be to vary The Hampshire (Various Roads, East Hampshire) (Parking Places and Prohibition of Stopping, Waiting, Loading / Unloading and Clearway) Consolidation Order 2012 and impose a prohibition of waiting on the following lengths of road:

That the Director of Children's Services approves the Connect4communites Grant Awards 29.06.2022, as outlined in the attached Officer's Decision Record.

In 2013 Hampshire County Council, in its capacity as Commons Registration Authority for Hampshire, received an application under Section 15 of the Commons Act 2006, for the registration of land at Tennis Court Field, Barton Stacey, as a town or village green. The application sought to register the land on the basis that it had been used by a significant number of the inhabitants of a
locality for lawful sports and pastimes for at least 20 years up until the time the application was submitted (see Appendix 1 for a location map).
Following the advertisement of the application, the Applicant contacted the County Council stating that due to a change in the circumstances surrounding the application land, they wished to withdraw the application.
Having considered the Applicant’s request to withdraw the application, along with all other available information, officers consider that it is reasonable for the request
to be accepted.

That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to vary The Hampshire (Marine Parade East and West, Lee-on-the-Solent) (On-Street Pay-and-Display Parking Places) Order 2022 as follows:

That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to impose new 30 and 40 miles per hour speed limits at Steep as follows:
(i) 30mph
C18 Stoner Hill between a point 12 metres south of its junction with the southern access road leading to Ridge Farm and a point 182 metres north of that point.
(ii) 40mph
C18 Stoner Hill between a point 30 metres south of its junction with Ashford Lane and a point 378 metres north of that point.

That the Director approves the recommended delegated decisions set out in Appendix 1 to the report.

That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to impose a 40 miles per hour speed limit (existing de-restricted) on that length of B3400 Worting Road at Basingstoke between a point 30 metres east of its junction with Wootton One Mile and a point 30 metres east of its junction with the access to Oakley Lodge.

That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to prohibit motor vehicles in that part of Coldeast Drive between its junction with the access road leading to The Mansion and its junction with Stable Yard Mews, an approximate distance of 10 metres.

That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to vary The Hampshire (East Hampshire (Parking Places and Prohibition of Stopping, waiting, Loading/Unloading and Clearway) Consolidation Order 2012 by the addition
to Schedule 2 (no waiting at any time) of the following lengths of road in Bordon:
(i) Hogmoor Road, both sides, between a point 15 metres south of its junction with ‘The Fairway’ and a point 180 metres north of that point.
(ii) The Fairway, both sides, between its junction with Hogmoor Road and a point 15 metres east thereof.
(iii) Heatherfields Way, both sides, between its junction with Hogmoor Road and a point 10 metres west thereof.

1. That the Director of Economy, Transport and Environment, in consultation with the Executive Member for Highways Operations, approves the recommended
applicant assessment and grants permission to notify all successful applicants of the outcome of their application.
2. That approval be given to allocate £74,420 of the £150,000 of Department for Transport’s (DfT’s) Active Travel Fund assigned to the Workplace Cycle Parking Grant and E-Bike Loan scheme, to be awarded to the first round of successful applicants of the scheme, as detailed below.
3. That the Director of Economy, Transport and Environment, in consultation with the Executive Member for Highways Operations, gives approval to the Project
Officers to discuss those applications that show merit (but do not completely fulfil the criteria) with the applicants further, to bring the proposals to an acceptable standard for success. Following which a second decision report will
be submitted to seek approval to award to these applicants.
4. That the Director Economy, Transport and Environment, in consultation with the Executive Member for Highways Operations, allows for a second advertisement of the Workplace Cycle Parking Grant and E-Bike Loan Scheme.

1. That the Director approves the Project Appraisal for the Andover Road signal controlled pedestrian crossing scheme, as set out in this report.
2. That the Director gives approval to procure, spend and enter into necessary contractual arrangements, in consultation with Head of Legal Services, to implement this scheme, at a total estimated cost of £299k, to be funded from S106 agreements for the Kings Barton development.
3. That the Director approves the increase in the capital programme value of Andover Road signal controlled pedestrian crossing scheme, from £0.260 million to £0.299 million, with the increase to be funded from S106 contributions.

That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to implement a prohibition of driving restriction along the Hare Lane spur in Hordle for a distance of approximately 26 meters from east to west and then a prohibition of driving (except for Access) for approximately 35 meters until its junction with Hare Lane and Lavender Road.
