That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to vary The Hampshire (Various Roads, Fareham and Gosport) (Prohibition of Driving / Entry, Left / Right Turns, Waiting, Loading / Unloading and Pedestrians) Order 2021 as follows:
(i) The addition to Article 1 of the wording : “authorised vehicles” means any vehicle associated with a use of the route approved by the Board; and
(ii) Article 5 by replacing plan no. CJ008883-ECH-GEN--5624315-DR-HE1236 S4-P01 attached to it with plan no. CJ008883-ECH-GEN-15624315-DR-HE-1236 S4-P02 attached to this order, this will provide access for pedestrians between the Leisure Centre bus stop and the Turner Avenue pedestrian crossing.
