Decisions made

That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to:
(i) Extend the 30 miles per hour speed limit on B3354 Winchester Road 146 metres further north of its junction with Hill Close.
(ii) Reduce the 40 miles per hour speed limit on B3354 Winchester Road by 146 metres between a point 226 metres north of its junction with Nobs Crook and a point 146 metres north of its junction with Hill Close, Crowdhill.

That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which Will be to:
(i) Reduce the existing 50 miles per hour speed limit to 40 miles per hour on A36 Salisbury Road between a point 163 metres south-east of its junction with Pauletts Lane and a point 414 metres north-west thereof.
(ii) Reduce the existing speed limit on A36 Salisbury Road between a point 190 metres east of its junction with the A326 southbound slip road and its junction with Brooks Hill Industrial estate, an approximate distance of 125 metres from unrestricted (National Speed Limit) to 40
miles per hour.

That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which Will be, for an experimental period of time, to introduce a Car Club permitting scheme on Union Yard in Aldershot as shown in the following schedules: please see the decision record.

That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to extend the 30 miles per hour speed limit on A337 Milford Road between a point 17 metres east of the access road leading to Efford Household Waste Recycling
Centre and a point 203 metres west of that point, an approximate distance of 203 metres.

That the Director of Hampshire 2050:
Agrees to Hampshire Cultural Trust’s (the Trust) proposal in relation to the future of Westbury Manor Museum collection on display, handling objects, and other non-museum objects that were transferred to the Trust in 2014.
