That the Director of Public Health agrees to:

That authority be given to utilise part of the wider UDI risk allocation to facilitate the placing of orders for utility diversions and new supplies and associated civils works, as detailed in the confidential appendix attached, in line with the approved capital funding and expenditure approvals set out in the Strategic Land Update report and the Uplands Development Infrastructure (UDI) works, Botley: Project Appraisal report approved by the Executive Member for Policy and Resources at its meetings on March 2019 and March 2020 respectively, with delegated authority being given to the Senior Manager Development Management to place these orders/commissions
