The purpose of this report is to provide
details of a scheme known as the Uplands Development Infrastructure
works (UDI) to implement primary servicing arrangements (highways
and utilities) for the County Council’s west of Woodhouse
Lane development site, together with the first part of the approved
Botley Bypass and to secure procurement and spend approvals for the
UDI scheme.
