Countryside Service’s Policy for prioritisation of
applications received under Part 1 of the Commons Act 2006 to amend
the registers of Commons and Town and Village Greens
(‘TVGs’). Any change to the existing policy must be
approved by the Executive Member for Countryside and Rural
Affairs.
