The purpose of this report is to recommend
changes to the Rural Affairs Development Fund (RADF) and to
illustrate how it will work alongside the Parish and Town
Investment Fund (PTIF) to meet the priorities for rural communities
and to increase the impact of the funding provided by the Rural
Programme.
