The purpose of this report is to set out
proposals for the 2021/22 budget for XX in accordance with the
Councils Medium Term Financial Strategy (MTFS) approved by the
County Council in November 2019 and updated subsequently in July
2019 to reflect the financial impact of the Covid-19 crisis and the
County Council’s response.
