To consider a report of the Director of
Economy, Transport and Environment regarding the decision taken to
temporarily restrict access to Household Waste Recycling Centres
during the current pandemic and proposing the implementation of a
small trial in New Alresford to evaluate how access could be
reintroduced in a controlled and safe way.
