To consider a report of the Director of Public Health seeking approval for spend in line with the proposal to the Department for Health and Social Care to establish Asymptomatic Testing Sites for Covid-19 in Hampshire.

Due to the state of the pandemic and spread of COVID19 this is an urgent key decision to enable progress with the proposal to set up asymptomatic testing sites in Hampshire, targeted to those people who need to leave home to go to work during this period of national restrictions.
