proposals for the 2022/23 budget for Policy and Resources in
accordance with Council’s Medium Term Financial Strategy
(MTFS) approved by the County Council in November 2021.

A broad public consultation exercise was
undertaken over the summer to gather stakeholder views on the
Council’s approach to balancing the budget. Some proposals
may be subject to further, more detailed consultation.
