for the 2022/23 business plans for the Business Services Group
(BSG) within the Culture, Communities and Business Services
Department (CCBS). Business plans have been prepared for the three
self-funding business units:
• Hampshire County Council Catering
Services (HC3S)
• County Supplies (CS)
• Hampshire Transport Management
(HTM).
