To consider a report of the Director of
Economy, Transport and Environment regarding the creation of a
Revolving Community Energy Fund (RCEF), using £250,000 from
the Climate Change budget. This RCEF will invest in community
energy projects and returns on any investment will recharge the
RCEF ensuring a sustainable, long-term funding mechanism.
