The Impact of the Current Inflationary Pressures on the Delivery of the Highways Maintenance Service
To consider a report of the Director of
Economy, Transport and Environment regarding the evolving impacts
across the highways service of rapidly rising costs and the
increasingly limited availability of key materials as a direct
consequence of the current global situation. The report recommends
that normal highway maintenance services are maintained as far as
possible to ensure the decline in the condition of the highway
network is not increased.
