In October 2021 the Health and Adult Social
Care Select Committee initiated a Working Group to consider the
proposals being drawn up by the Adults Health and Care Department
to make savings to contribute to the Savings Programme 2023
affecting front line services. The Working Group has now concluded
and presents it’s findings to the full Committee for
consideration. This report should be read alongside the Draft
Report to the Executive Member for Adult Services and Public Health
prepared by Officers.
