The purpose of this report is to set out the
current progress towards developing a Medium Term Financial
Strategy (MTFS) to 2025/26 against a challenging backdrop of public
finances. It also sets out some interim proposals for capital
investment priorities over £2m across a range of services,
some of which has been awaiting consideration since before
Covid.
