To consider a report of the Director of
Universal Services seeking approval to redistribute funding
allocations identified in the Highway Network Recovery Strategy to
respond to the exceptionally high level of inflation which will
continue to affect core highway maintenance activities and budgets
for the 2023/24 financial year.
