The purpose of this report is to seek approval from the Executive Member for Younger Adults and Health and Wellbeing on the reduction of funding for Mental Health Wellbeing provided by Hampshire County Council (ceasing the adult social care contribution whilst maintaining the Public Health contribution).

This proposal was consulted upon in the balancing the budget consultation for SP25 in summer 2023. There was subsequent engagement with the Integrated Care Boards, Public Health and Mind organisations as well as a survey inviting all wellbeing centre users to take part.
