Decisions made

That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to prohibit vehicles proceeding on the east-bound carriageway of A335 Leigh Road from making a U-turn
manoeuvre at the end of the central reservation at the junction of A335 Leigh Road with C351 Passfield Avenue and C354 Woodside Avenue so as to proceed in the opposite direction on the carriageway of A335 Leigh
Road in a west-bound direction.

That the Countryside Strategic Manager gives the authority for an Order to be made under Section 119A of the Highways Act 1980, to divert part of Footpath
65 in the Parish Lymington and Pennington.

That the Director approves the recommended delegated decisions set out in Appendix 1.

1. That the Director of Economy, Transport and Environment confirms the decision to reintroduce contracted community transport services from the beginning of July where this is possible.
2. That full contract and concessionary fares payments to operators are maintained for a further period until 31 October 2020.
3. That Exceptional Cost Payments be made to operators, in accordance with existing contract terms, to assist in the recovery of services and loss of user income at a total estimated cost of £100,000, with this sum being funded from existing budget provision.
4. That people with an Older Person’s Bus Pass continue to be able to use this on journeys before 9.30am, where they are eligible to use these services, for a further period until 31 October 2020.

That the application for a Definitive Map Modification Order (DMMO) to record a public footpath between the A32 (near Abbey House, Point A on the report
plan) and Beaconhill Cottage (Point B) should be accepted. The public footpath to be recorded should continue as far as Beacon Hill and Warnford Footpath
502 (Point D). The width of the route should be 1.5 metres between Points A and B, between 3.3 and 5 metres between Points B and C, and between 2 and 7.3 metres between Points C and D.

That the Countryside Strategic Manager gives the authority for an Order to be made under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, to divert part of Wootton St
Lawrence Footpath 5.

That the Countryside Strategic Manager gives the authority for an Order to be made under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, to divert part of Footpaths 57
and 712 in the Parish of Bramshott and Liphook and Footpath 12 in the Parish
Whitehill.
