Executive Lead Member for Children’s Services on the need to
revise and re-determine the pattern of school term and holiday
dates for school year 2021/22 and to note the outcomes of the
discussion with schools that has followed. The adjustment to the
already published 2021-22 School Year and Holidays pattern was
necessary to take account of the additional Bank Holiday in June to
mark Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. A new pattern
of term and holiday dates, with an additional holiday, is
proposed.
