That a traffic order be implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA), the effects of which will be to impose a 30mph speed limit and extend the existing 40mph speed limit in specified lengths of Henry
Cort Way as follows:
30mph
Between its junction with Rowner Road and a point approximately 342 metres north-west thereof.
40mph
Between a point 342 metres north-west of its junction with Rowner Road and a point 74 metres south-east of the centreline of its junction with the Tichborne Way bridge at Gosport, an approximate distance of 646 metres.

To consider a report of the Director of Children's Services. The purpose of this report is to inform the Executive Lead Member for Children’s Services on the need to revise and re-determine the pattern of school term and holiday dates for school year 2021/22 and to note the outcomes of the discussion with schools that has followed. The adjustment to the already published 2021-22 School Year and Holidays pattern was necessary to take account of the additional Bank Holiday in June to mark Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. A new pattern of term and holiday dates, with an additional holiday, is proposed.
